For anyone DIYing the invitations or other paper stuff...I placed an order last week with C&P for envelopes... 100 white 5 1/4 x 7 1/4. Pretty simple, right? However, they shipped me the smaller envelopes. Though at least I got them very quickly!Sent them an email this morning explaining the mistake, offering to send back the wrong-sized ones, and asking what else they needed from me... and I got an email within 15 minutes apologizing for the mistake, and saying that the correct envelopes were in the mail and there was no need to send back the smaller ones.Yay!!
It's just so rare these days to get GOOD customer service that I feel like I should promote it heavily when it happens.
