Married Ladies: name change at MVA

Can someone tell me what I need to bring to the MVA to change my name?  On the MVA website I'm not getting very good info - it says I can just write to their corrections department or something, but I want a new driver's license.

I was planning on bringing a copy of the marriage certificate and my new social security card, as well as my old driver's license, but I wasn't sure if I needed anything else.

    You got it--marriage certificate and new S.S. card.  I went without my marriage certificate and I thought DH was going to kill me!!

    When we were waiting at the SS office, a sign said I might need proof of citizenship if they didn't already have it on record, like my passport or birth certificate, and I was like CRAP all I brought was my marriage license - FI will kill me if we wasted a Saturday!  But it wound up being ok.
