oh my gosh, i am sooooooo tired of it! we were supposed to have our first tasting tomorrow night and wont be able to make it.

what is everyone doing to stay busy while being snowed in?

I am SO over this snow!! I am pretty much stuck.  I get so paranoid driving in weather like this, let alone how other people drive in this.

I just got done helping shovel out two of my neighbors cars.  Now I'm gettng ready to take a nice hot bath

I've been trying to work out twice a day and focus on some little wedding details.

I'm from Rochester, NY, so I'm used to the snow.  But it's still a pain in the a$$!  Especially when we're getting another storm tomorrow.

I am so sad because I was supposed to take my big nursing boards test, the NCLEX, on Wednesday. I had to move it back to Friday, which isn't that big of a deal... but instead of driving to Columbia to take it, which was already a little bit of a hike from Bel Air, now I have to drive to Bethesda to take it... which is REALLY a hike from Bel Air... almost 70 miles.  Boo. 

So I'll be snow-bound studying more all week until then.  And having panic attacks hoping I pass lol.  Don't want to have to pay another $400 to take it!!!

I'm tired of the snow too.  DH and I were having serious cabin fever over the weekend, and now it looks like we'll be stuck in the house again tomorrow and maybe Thursday. I can't wait until the Spring/Summer season. I swear I'm not going to complian about the heat.

SweetCFly - sorry you have a long drive now to take your test.  I know it sucks, but I hope you do well and Ace your exam.

Yeah I'm sick of snow too.  I was going to go into work today even though campus was closed, but then my fiance called me and told me the roads/sidewalks were horrible and that it really wasn't worth it.  Looks like we're getting more tomorrow so I may be snowed in again....blech.  I don't mind the shoveling so much, I just wish it could get cleared better, but there's just SO MUCH of the freaking stuff.  A friend of mine said they were dumping it in the harbor yesterday because there's nowhere else to put it!

I just wish my job would close....I work for the DC Government and it will NOT shut down...even though the streets are horrible! FI and I took a walk to 7-11 yesterday (about 8 blocks) and it took TWO hours....my car is behind a "snow wall" as I like to call it...I'm in my right mind to just call a dealership and ask them how long it would take to come pick up something with 4-WD! Its getting annoying at this point!
