HELP! 10,000 ONLY

My fiance and I are trying to stay under 10,000 for the whole shabang. I really need some assistance in finding a venue + caterer for under 5k. If anyone knows of a venue + caterer who can fufill this request please let me know. We're in Baltimore county. Thank you so much!

    What style?  I know an excellent caterer but we also need to know # of guests too.  KS Catering is reasonable but you would still need a venue.
