Baltimore Restaurant Week

Anyone going?  It starts January 21st, here's the link:

We try to pick a new place to try every time, and this year we're leaning toward Jack's Bistro.  Has anyone been?  Good, bad, indifferent?

Thanks for the reminder! Jack's is supposed to be awesome, however, they don't take reservations (last time I checked) so you might be in for a long wait.

Oh we are! I think...We're going to the Lebanese Taverna on the 22nd but that was actually an accident (didn't know it was RW). We may go to Ze Mean Bean Cafe for lunch but still deciding...never been to Jack's but good to know it may not take reservations!

@bmoremegan: I saw yesterday that Lebanese Taverna has an extensive gluten free menu, so I want to try them out. Let me know how their food is!

They take reservations during restaurant week :)

Lebanese Taverna is really good, I've been there before (though not during RW).  Their menu looks really good, it's one of the places we were considering this time around too!

Did you look at the menu?  I'm drooling over the Guinness meat & potatoes - I might even get brave and try the foie gras poutine.  We may stay at a friend's in Canton so we can drink.  We're such lushes.

HAHAHA! Yeah I've heard their drinks are delish. Let me know what day you're going and perhaps the FI and I will walk over to join you for post-dinner drinking.
