Introduction and question about the BMI

Hi! My name's Nicole and I recently got engaged. I'm a little overwhelmed with the planning, and I thought maybe you guys could help a bit.

I'm really interested in having my wedding at the Baltimore Museum of Industry. I know they have a list of approved caterers, and I was wondering if anyone had any advice. Any caterer you recommend? Or definitely don't recommend? Any idea who is the most budget friendly? Any caterer that likes to think outside the box (I don't know if we are looking for a chicken/steak type of meal...).

I haven't made any solid plans yet, so if you know of a location or caterer other than the BMI that is awesome, please feel free to recommend.

Hi Nicole! I am a Baltimore Bride too!!! 

I don't know much about the BMI - I am having my wedding (ceremony and reception) at Chase Court in case you are interested in seeing another venue.  Here is the website: www.chasecourt.com.

My fiance and I had a tasting with Sascha's (they are on BMI's and Chase Court's approved caterer list).  The food was delicious.  My fiance wants to sign a contract with them but I want to do at least two more tastings.  They were a little pricey but the food will probably be worth it.
