Hello girls! I know I wasn't very active here in those last couple months before the wedding, but you all gave me some great advice and resources and I want to share the results.

Our wedding was just beautiful, the day was truly magical and I cannot believe everything went as smoothly as it did. We even started on time, LOL.

Venue & Caterer: Overhills Mansion -- A: They were fantastic, especially Brandy, the day-of coordinator. Thorough, professional, honest, clear, everything went like clockwork and they took care of everything. I hear the food was great, LOL.
Photography: Beautiful Rose Photography -- A+++: These ladies were FABULOUS and I LOVE the way my photos turned out. I'll be honest -- I took a leap of faith hiring them... my husband works in the wedding industry and met Victoria at a wedding they were both working, we met with her and the work she showed us in person was lovely even though the examples on her website leave A LOT to be desired. Her rates were head and shoulders below any other photographer I met with and we decided to go with her despite my slight misgivings. I am SO GLAD we did, she was AWESOME and I love my photos. LOVE them.
Flowers: Me! With some help from Potomac Floral Wholesale (A+), LOL. Again, incredible to work with... since I know nothing about flowers I met with them months before my wedding to talk about what would be in stock and reasonably priced, they were super helpful in all regards. The day of, they didn't have the lavendar roses I had ordered because the shipment they received was substandard and they could not in good conscience offer those flowers to clients. So I had to change things a bit on the fly, but it worked out for the best and I appreciated their adherence to standards!
