    Define cheap?  We did our wedding and reception at Barcelona Restaurant.  About 36 guests on a Sunday afternoon.  A sumptuous family style spread with appetizers, several main courses and desserts, with wine and coffee for under 1000.  It was  spectacular and those who attended are stillraving about it.
