Fall engagement photos

Does anyone have any suggestions as to cool places for E photos in MD? FI and I are waiting until Oct when the weather will be cooler and the leaves will be changing.  I don't really want to do the harbor...something outdoorsy w/ pretty scenery.  Thanks!

    How about the trail near Locke Raven Resevoir? I've been hiking there in the fall, and when the leaves are changing it is beautiful and you can have the water in the background. I would also ask your photographer though. I'm sure they are very familiar with what areas photograph well.

    We are dong Ft Smallwood park in Pasadena, MD next weekend, Ill let you know how it goes! =) Water and woodsy views so Im excited!

    We're doing ours at Druid Hill Park (out by the zoo).

    A lot of girls go to Annapolis and get some beautiful pictures by the water and around town.  Quiet Waters Park is great if you want more greenery :)

    Better question: What are you going to wear in your E-Pics?!  I'm doing mine in October too but have no clue what I'm going to wear for a Fall photoshoot!!!  Suggestions anyone?  Everything that is out this season is either camo, military, or purple (not my color)!

    We're doing our e-pics in the City, some in Patterson Park and some in Fells.

    I think we're doing casual... I have kind of a gold/beige v-neck sweater I'll probably wear over a white tank top, with jeans and boots - which I will still need to buy.  May toss a Ravens jersey in there somewhere too :)

    I have this white and beige long sleeved striped shirt that I was planning on wearing and FI will probably wear a button down shirt with sweater over top

    Cromwell Valley Park - www.cromwellvalleypark.org and Jerusalem Mill - www.jerusalemmill.org are both beautiful locations in northern Baltimore!!  Both have a bit of aged/historic buildings, with some farmland & forest.  Jerusalem Mill has a covered bridge that I'm in love with!

    as for what to wear - don't wear black!  Stay in the same color scheme as each other, but you don't have to match!

    We have selected to go to DC and use the monuments and the tidal basin for our photos. Plus the photographer wants to go over to Alexandria to a park for some shots.
    We have selected nice shirts and jeans for some of our shots, but then since we are both sports fanantics we are gonna don our football jerseys and hockey jerseys for some of the shots and baseball caps for a couple of others. We supposrt two different teams for football...Im Ravens hes Redskins so we have both jerseys....so we plan on doing some mix and match. We want it to be fun but nice and to also catch our personalities. I hope this helps you.

    Black Hill Park in MD.  It has a big lake and nice hill.  You can get very close to the water with the whole fall color behind you.  Definitely recommend it.
