    The AVAM (American Visionary Arts Museum) has a checkerboard dancefloor in their semi-outdoor space. Might be worth contacting them.

    The Peabody Library has a black and white floor, but not checkerboard...

    Yes Peabody has a black and white floor in the middle. However the space is small. I have heard people just getting a black and white dance floor. Try Perkins Productions, I used them for an all white floor but I remember seeing a large b&w floor in photos at their showroom. Good luck.
