Your FI is going to Hawaii for 2 weeks??!?!?!  I have to say I'm a little jealous.  How come you aren't going with him?  (stupid work always gets in the way)

Yeah I am so pissed at his work!!!!!  haha.  He is going for work... lucky duck.  I totally wish I could go, but since I just started working a month ago, it's just not possible   I told him he has to plan the honeymoon since he gets a preview in person!  Too bad we're only planning on staying on Oahu for 2 nights.  His resort is awesome though, it's a JW Marriott!  And it's all free (actually our tax dollars are paying for it sinc ehe works for the gov't/Army).  I hate him

You know what sucks too is that I have off from next Wednesday the 24 thru Monday the 29th.  So technicallllllyyyyy... I could fly out and still have 3 days in the sun

That's crazy.  I'm so jealous and I don't blame you for being a little pissed.  I saw you fly out there and surprise him!  That would be awesome...but then again, you're going in 3 months.  I need a job that sends me to Hawaii for 2 weeks.

Wellllll we're not going for 5 more months.  New employees at the Medical Center aren't allowed to take vacation until the 6 month "probation" period is over, which for me is September 8.  My nurse manager is awesome and actually told me I could go on a HM right after the wedding, she didn't care and I'd have built up a week of vacay by July 16.  But I'll have almost 2 weeks built up by September.  And 2 weeks in nursing world... you can space out your days and make it like almost 3-4 weeks... so we're just waiting and going in September so we can island hop and make the most of it.  So excited! 

We're going on a "minimoon" for a few days after the wedding just to gat away a little and recoup at the Hyatt Chesapeake Bay in Cambridge.
