I am getting married at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Baltimore in 8 days! My FI and I planned the whole wedding from London, and they were very accommodating of our out-of-town situation. GL!

Chase Court is not a church, but has a church feel.  Good for ceremony and reception and the owner is Super nice.  Would be really easy to work with from afar.

St. Peters in Libertytown is very nice!  It is an old church that has been remodeled after a fire maybe ten years ago. They also have a nice hall for reception. It is about 30 minutes from Baltimore heading towards Frederick. A friend of ours just had a wedding and reception there and it was great! MD has so many beautiful churches it is going to be so difficult to choose!
