Good Morning ladies,
My name is Sue, I was just recently engaged on December 25, 2009 :-) yay!! my FI and I are college sweethearts. In january we celebrated our 7th year anniversary.
We are planning for a summer wedding August 2011!
I am in the early stages of planning, currently working on finding a venue to fit 250-300 guests! so If you have any recomendations please share. right now I am open to any suggestions.

Photography is also very important to me and I'm looking for an "AHHH MAzing" photographer. Other then Jen Lowe which I love already! But I am looking to compare and see what else is out there. Please tell me who is your amazing photographer?

I love the knot and I have been lurking for a while! so happy to finally come out and play

We loved our photographer.  Her name is Renee Michele - she was fantastic and the pictures came out better than I ever could have imagined.  Her website - www.reneemichelephotography.com. She was a blast to work with and even got DH to enjoy taking pictures.  I'm the ham, and he is not at all.  He enjoyed our e-pics and the wedding day.

My photographers were Laura and Alicia with Exclamation Imagery.  I loved working with them, and I think my pictures turned out great. I think they fall in the same budget as Jen Lowe.

for your venue - i would suggest the tremont grand.  fits a lot of guest and is beautiful.

I am sure I am going to get shoes thrown at me (JK), but we used Perskie and were very happy with the results.  I thought for what they offer, they are also reasonably priced.

Welcome! An extremely happy JLowe bride here.  I can't recommend her highly enough.  Other board favorites include Jenni from Forever Yesterday and Mandi White. Also Matt Fuller from Tender Images.  I'm sure there are tons more!

Hi and welcome!  I'm a little late on this but I am also a Jenni (Forever-Yesterday) bride, we are so happy with her!  We had our engagement pictures done with her and late October and love them, there are pictures in my bio

I second the Tremont as a wedding venue (like AJerome).  But it might be a *little* small.  I am having my July 2010 wedding there, and the whole Tremont team is awesome!  We actually have a meeting tonight.  The space holds 220... our guest list right now is around 240 and we're trying to get it down to 230. 

Also, some spaces in the city that can fit 250-300 are the Camden Ballroom at Camden Yards (they also have a beautiful room called th Camden Club but it's capacity is 160), or M&T Bank Stadium, which fits about the same.  I believe the tent outside the Aquarium (overlooking Fed Hill- so pretty!) can accommodate 250-300 as well.
