Photographer on a Budget

Any rec's for a great photographer or florist that is relatively inexpensive in the Maryland/DC area? Photography is very important to me, but I would like to stay in the $2K-$2500 range and have not really found any artistic photographers around that price. Thank you in advance!!

and for a florist i used Peace and blessings the owner helped me and she was very helpful i end up spending 1600

We are using a company called The Pros. My sister used them a few years ago and they were nice. I think the total package is around $1500.
