ask your dad to walk you down the Isle or is it something that was just expected? If you asked how did you go about it?

I didn't ask.  I just assumed it was kind of expected on my part as well as his.  I'm incredibly close to my dad so I can't imagine walking down without him.

I am not sure if i should just expect if with my dad or not. We aren't extremely close but we are sooo much alike. We but heads all the time. He has never shown interest in my FI but at the same time we know that he likes him in some way becuz he has never said otherwise and if he doesnt like them he always says so. But this time around there is NOTHING. He literally told me one night he has nothing to say about him. Im just like umm ok. So i have no idea what to do.

At the rehearsal he wandered off before we practiced the processional.  When he was found and started coming back, I just called over "Daaaad.  Are you walking with me?"  The end.

I haven't asked, its just kind of assumed between both of us I'm sure.  My dad took pictures for my friends wedding, and her dad jokingly offered to walk me down the isle so my dad could be my photographer.  My dad's response was "only if he cries".  So I'm pretty sure that basically covered the fact that my dad is walking me down the isle.
