Bakery for nice cupcakes?

Hi,

I am looking for a bakery in the Baltimore/Bel Air area where I could get cute, tasty cupcakes for a shower instead of having a cake. I don't live in the area - and good cupcakes are hard to find! I am hosting a shower in Bel Air. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

A friend of mine brought some in from the Baltimore Cupcake Company and they were REALLY good.  She loves them, she gets them for every family function.
