My best friend is using Chef's Expressions for her wedding at the BMI... they are very happy with them! I know Putting on the Ritz is supposed to be excellent, but they are a little pricey.  A lot of people on here really like Atlantic, too.  Zeffert and Giold (sp?) and Dean and Brown have also gotten a lot of good reivews on here, I believe.

Where is your wedding?  Chances are they may have a list of preferred caterers to choose from.  There are a wide vairety of price points in the catering industry, so that might be a little more helpful to know in order to give the best suggestions!  GL!

I love Zeffert and Gold!  The food is amazing and they're great to work with.  I've been to many events with them and am always impressed.

I am using Simply Elegant. I had it narrowed down to Zeffert & Gold and Simply Elegant.

We're using Dean and Brown.  The food is great and their prices are reasonable for the area.

We're using Chef's Expressions - they can be pricey but offered us some great discounts and their menu options make my mouth water!

My wedding is Sept 2010 and I am using Sashas.  I absolutely LOVE Jane, the food is fantastic, delicious, great presentation, and doesn't leave you hungry!  We've had a couple great meetings with them so far and they are VERY accommodating.  Their prices are great as well!  Definitely worth checking out!

what is your venue? many places have approved list that they will only work with or I have seen a couple venues charge a fee if you don't go off of their list.

I am working with Chef's Expressions- I love Melanie and all of the food we tasted was fantastic and their cakes were to die for.  I'm very happy with my choice.

Sascha's was great too- loved Jane and the food and it was a really hard choice but ultimately we loved the food at Chef's better and the price was a little better (although they were pretty neck and neck).
