HELP WITH VENDORS! Videographer, hair, and makeup

Any suggestions for someone to make my hair and makeup look fabulous for my wedding in Louisville? I'm South Asian, so I am looking for someone who knows how to work with darker skin and thick dark hair.

Also, any suggestions for awesome videographers that won't break the bank?

My 2 favorites are Scott Hayes, and Something Blue Wedding Videos. IC Video is also FANTASTIC but a little $$$$.

I would HIGHLY suggest Bethany with BEAUTY by Bethany. www.beautybybethany.com She is a higher $$ but for the airbrushed work she does it is well worth every penny!
I used her and continue to do so!
