is this enough for a war crime trial?

Not sure whether that would suffice, given that I'm sure evidence in support of the charges is super secret classified and impossible to get.

I would bet my first born child that there will never be a war crimes trial against Bush, though.  No one wants to go down that road with the presidency, for governmental and political reasons.  I think he's safe in TX walking the dogs.

The handful of waterboarded people were already made public. I can't for the life of me figure out why anyone would be tried for warcrimes b/c of it but I suspect this is one of those irreconciliable differences.

Ditto. I don't think there's at all a question of what's enough evidence for a trial, it's who the hell would dare bring the charges.
