What about a pretty clutch purse, or a nice piece of jewelry? Not one that she has to wear for the ceremony but something her style that she can wear anytime? I'm searching for individual gifts for each of my bridemaids on Etsy.com. I've found so many cute things on that site. Good luck!

My MOH is my sister so I made her a photo book from shutterfly with my favorite memories of us, favorite pictures and favorite quotes about sisters and friendship. Along with that I'm also getting her and my other bridesmaid personalized totes and make up bags

You could get her a gift certificate for a massage, facial, etc. and put a note with letting her know since she took such good care of you during the wedding you're going to spend a day pampering her.  You could go to the spa and have lunch together.

I've purchased antique handkerchiefs which I will embroider with my MOH and bridesmaids initials..am also getting custom made paint by numbers of them or if they have children/pets, of them instead.  Will also be ordering "story books" with my girls as the main characters.  Customized childrens books...
My goal is to keep it as goofy, fun and personal as possible...
