I used Focus on Design, which is Schnucks' event florist.  They did a great job and came in several hundred dollars under the next lowest bid (we bid out to 5 florists).

Marry Me Flowers in Ofallon is amazing! they were less than half of what severl other florists quoted me and the owner is super friendly and sweet!

soulard florist in soulard has good prices. i am using them.
