Rain or Shine Ceremony Venue near St. Charles, MO?

Does anyone have a good idea for a rain or shine ceremony venue (must be non-religious) in the St. Charles, MO area? It must be able to hold around 100 people. Hoping to keep the cost down on that part of the day. Definitely under $1,000.00.

The Butterfly House in Chesterfield is pretty close to St. Charles... it holds up to 150 and has a back up tented area in case of rain.  It is $1200 to rent, I'm not sure how flexible you are with your $1000 bugdet, but it's beautiful!
