Beware of Happily Ever After Bridal Shop!

I visited this shop looking for my perfect bridal gown because I had "won" a gift certificate from a bridal show.  I even made an appoinment, but after showing up early and waiting around about 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start I finally got some service, well if you want to call it that.  The ladies working, who by the way were wearing hoodies and ugg boots (not professional) hung my dresses in a small hallway and said there you go.  I put every single dress on without their help and I had to have my mom clip every single dress since they never came back in to help me do that either.  When I inquired about a particular dress and the price the ladies informed me that the gift certificate that I apparently won from the bridal store would only bing the dress price down a portion of the price instead of the full amount that I was told I won.  After that discussion the ladies were MIA.  No one came in to check on us or help us with anything for the next 20 minutes so we left.  Horrible service. They obviously didn't want or care to try to make a sale, and very unprofessional.  Not to mention BEWARE none of their dresses have prices on them and so they will tell you they can look it up as you try it on...but then you find out its WAY out of your budget.  Also the dresses are STUFFED in the little shop all along the wall with no bags over them.  Beads from dresses were all over the floor, it was a mess. I dont recomemnd them, Clarices was much better to work with.

I "won" a gift certificate from them too after attending a bridal show in Jan.  I called them and they said that my $500 cert could only be applied to special order designer gowns ($2,000 and above) so I didn't even bother go in.  I did try to call them back though to let them know I wouldn't use the certificate and they never answered.  Oh well.
