Just FYI - my fiancee and I arranged an appointment with Tower Video last week for 6:30 pm. We showed up at the agreed upon location about 20 minutes early and then sat there for the next hour. Fifteen minutes after he was supposed to be there, he sent me an email saying he was stuck in traffic and running late. I'm not sure why he emailed me, I never told him I had a smart phone and my phone number was in the same email he replied to. We continued to wait for another 25 minutes with no other word from him. We finally left about 45 minutes after we were supposed to meet. Makes me wonder how late he would be on the actual wedding day. The next morning I received an email from him apologizing for being late. Never got a call, which I think is absolutely absurd.
We will not be using Tower Video.
