Ceremony site along the River...HELP!

My fiance really wants to get married along the banks of the Mississippi somewhere.  We're kind of on a budget, so I'm looking for some suggestions.  We're in St. Charles County, but wouldn't rule out going into St. Louis for the wedding.  Any suggestions?

Look into doing it in Frontier Park in St. Charles. I'm not sure if they have weddings down there, but it's worth a shot!
