So, I was out at the festival in O'Fallon on July 3rd. My family and I sat down to eat our food from the vendors at a picnic table with a small family on the other end. I asked the mom of the other family about her hair...because has really wonderful color in her hair and she tells me how she did it, then I tell her I had asked because that is what my ten year old wants, and she gives me a card. It was Holly! I had heard about her on here. I have a friend doing my make up for the wedding, but I just wanted to let everyone know....If you are considering Holly Speaks for Make up and Hair, she is so nice and down to earth, it looks like she is pretty great at what she does....all around, in the future I will be happy to give her business.
