Russo's Catering - Food Recommendation Please!

We're having our wedding reception at the Xavier Ballroom this spring. It's catered by Russo's. Is anyone familiar with them? If so, can you please tell me some dishes they have made that you've enjoyed. We want to know the best ones to request to try for our tasting. (Unfortunately, we can't taste it all.) Please let me know what you've had of their's that you've liked (or haven't liked). Thanks!

My cousin did the filet at his wedding and it was phenomenal.  I have also had some seasonal pasta dish with vegetables at another wedding and it was very good too.  Haven't had anything from them I didn't like.

Thanks for the recommendation! I think filet is a little out of our price range for 250 people. But I'm happy to know that you've need had a bad meal with Russo's.

I considered going with them for food, but my work gets them a lot for work events and it's never that good. So I decided against it. However, I think for a reception it could be totally different. It really just depends on the menu items you choose!

My mom just used them for her wedding.  The food was great.  Everyone couldn't stop talking about it.  The pork was great and so were the steamed mixed vegetables.
