I just wanted to take a min to say I love them. I have a pearl engagement ring and the pearl was loose the fixed it for FREE and FI didn't even get it there, they are awsome.

    We got my engagement ring there, as well as a pair of diamond earrings my fiance bought for me for Christmas a couple of years ago.  I also think they're fantastic.  We had great experiences there.

    As a warning, I had a really bad experience there.  I've always heard good things from other people...and then we took a family heirloom there, and it got ruined.  Long story short, after several tries (and several embarrassing tears in the store) to have them get the engagement ring right, we got a refund and moved on.  I now go to a family owned store called Saettele near the mall, and really like them!
