Vellum Centerpieces...PIP

Is anyone making centerpieces with vellum...such as the one seen below. Any advice or tips? The website I found this centerpiece on, the bride was from Canda, she said she went through a printing place in Canada, but I was wondering if anyone in the St. Louis area does something like this or if anyone has tried to print them themselves? Any help would be wonderful! Happy Thursday to everyone!

I'm sure you can find somewhere to print them.

I'd call FedEx/ Kinkos.  If they can't do it, try Minuteman Press.

If you DIY, I'd suggest an inkjet printer, because a laser will burn the vellum- unfortunately I know from experience (luckily not my wedding invites).

You can buy vellum at office supply stores- they make separate kinds for inkjet and laser printers.  It can be tricky with an inkjet- make sure you choose a setting on your printer that uses a small amount of ink- otherwise it will bleed badly.  I use a vellum that's recommended for both inkjet and laser printers in our laser and love how it looks!  Also, you can buy special adhesive for vellum at Michael's- that way when you attach them to the vases you can't see the tape through the velum.
