Shuttles?

Anyone have any good experiences with dependable and reasonable shuttles? I'm hoping to provide a shuttle from my hotel in Utica to my venue in Romeo. I was also looking for a car to drive my fiance and I from the venue to the hotel, but a lot of places require a 5 hour minimum.

if you are looking for a car from the venue to hotel than you really just need what is called a transfer

If you're just looking for a car, you might try Metro Cars or something like that.

As for the shuttle, I was happy with The Night Move. One thing to consider is how close the venue and hotel are and how long the shuttle trip will take. If it's going to take awhile, you may want to consider a bus so that you have enough room for lots of guests during the peak times of arrivals and departures so they aren't waiting. Romeo to Utica isn't a super quick round trip.

Sarah you are at Greystone yes?

Have you talked to the hotel about their shuttle service? We used theirs and then we had called a cab company and had cabs ready at Greystone at around midnight because there were lots of people and the shuttle could only hold 12 people at a time.

Try Royal Transportation!  I used their Shuttle Service from the Hyatt Place in Utica and they were great!  They have all different size buses and vans.
