Looking for locations for reception, budget about $20 pp, must hold 200 people, using outside cateror is fine, using KofC or other similar is fine too. Thanks!

You could try Burton Manor in Livonia. Or look for a venue where you can bring in outside food, that is going to be a really difficult budget to work with.

It is going to be tough to find a place that fits 200 people and the cost is $20 per person, with chairs, tables and enough area. Is that for everything including alcohol?

Your best bet will be to find a place that will hold 200 and has a Friday or Sunday wedding package in the winter months, or a K of C or other hall, then have it catered by a restaurant. A restaurant near us (Juliano's in Warren) has "to go" catering that you might be able to arrange for under $20 per person. I'd also look into catering from Joe's Produce in Livonia, they do outside catering and their quality and prices are great. But you'd still have to find the hall.
