Opening Day!!

I have been on the phone and online ALL morning trying to get Opening Day tickets. So bummed they are sold out everywhere! I'm a HUGE Tiger's fan and go every year and now I have to start a search for tickets!! If anyone is selling some...let me know:)

    Lol FI spent the whole morning on the computer waiting to get tickets. He got some but not as many as he wanted. Thats a bummer they were sold out. Hopefully people will be selling them.

    I'm so mad they were sold out...I really wanted to go...there are a bunch on stub hub but be ready to spend some bucks.

    My FI is soo bummed too! First time in 9 years he hasn't been able to get tickets! He was so sad!

    Yeah...they changed the way they did hte tickets online...hopefully i can get them without paying StubHub prices!!

    My FI and I wanted to go too.  I was really disappointed when I saw they were sold out.

    My FI and I usually go every year, but now we have the wedding!! If you'd really like to go, what we have done sometimes is wait until the day before, and buy the leftover ones on stubhub - they drop the price down so low - and you can pick them up at the stubhub office a block away from COPA!

    P.S. You should try a mudhens game in toledo, $17 for front row and you can usually catch some good players!

    We've gone to opening day I think 2 of the 3 years we've known each other. It is such a fun time, but this year the $$$$ just isn't available. We had 17 game package last year, and the price was pretty reasonable. We had tix for the rained out Yankees game on May 11th, and we are going to go down to the stadium and turn them in for the Saturday or Sunday game right after opening day. They have to be used for a game within 365 days, except for opening day.




    Here's my picture that was in the Free Press the day after opening day last year, talking about how cold it was, and I was all bundled up....... that's Kevin under my right arm pit, with his hands in front of his face clapping.

    Ive never been but always wanted to go :( FI isn't a big baseball fan... but i LOVE going
    Try Craigslist. We've gotten some great piston tickets on there before.
