Thus far we "won" a 3 day 2 night all inclusive honeymoon in Mexico - all we have to do is sit through a seminar while they explain their products with either each other or our parents.  We passed thus lost our honeymoon -

I got a call from Simplicity Gourmet (I think?!?) saying I was selected.  I am waiting for a call back because when I called, the woman was on the phone.

I have no idea what I won though...so we'll see!

That was the company that called me - we decided the win wasn't worth a 2 hr seminar

Yeah, I googled it after I posted and found out that it's kind of a scam.  I haven't heard back from them but when they call I'm going to say thanks but no thanks.

Don't listen to those Simplicity Gourmet deals. If it's too good to be true, then it probably is!

I went to a whimsical one a few months ago just for fun with a friend.. and American Laser centers has been calling and e-mailing me about $500 coupon.. I also won one of the gift bags - it had a lot of coupons and gifts with purchase that I'll probably never use. They just mailed me two free tickets to another show.

My friend told me - NEVER pay for bridal shows.. she was right - I found free tickets to the first one and they just sent me free tickets to another one.

some of the cake was AWESOME! That's why I go.. I have a weakness for cake.
