Has anyone set up a room block for a hotel in Downtown Detroit? If so, how much did you get them for and what hotel did you use? Ive been told 129 at the Marriott ,139 at Greektown Casino, and 119 at the Omni Riverplace. If you got a good deal did you have to bargain to get it?

I think we have a room rate of $119 at the Marriott and $99 at the Hilton Garden Inn. FI called though so I am not sure but I don't think he bargained. Just called and got the price.

Man when I called they were way more than those prices.

$129 at the Marriott $149 at the Book Cadillac & $99 at the Omni... I think it all just depends on what time of year it is. I swear they ALL tell you that "there's a huge convention" going on during that time...
