AW: I got my DRESS! (PIP)

I got it! Wanna hear the story? No? Too bad - here it goes

MommaOwl and SisOwl and I went dress shopping a few weeks ago and it was the 10th dress I tried (second dress at the second store). Last weekend MommaOwl and I went shopping again and went to two more stores. after trying on a good deal of dresses I told her that i thought the 'lace one' from the first shopping trip was the one. She couldn't agree more. We had totally had that teary, happy, twirly moment with the 'lace one'. Sooo...we went back the Elegant Bride in Dublin (I highly recommend them!) and tried it on one more time. It was PERFECT - I was so happy! I very happily ordered it right away.

Here she is! She is Angolique #403, Ivory over Champagne. We've pinned in a sweetheart neckline but will alter that and hem the bottom when it comes in. Also, it's kinda falling off of me because it's pinned on and I had been hopping with happiness so it looks a little sloppy in this pic. YAY!

I LOVE that you aren't wearing a "white" dress! I ordered mine in antique gold and couldn't be happier. I have had a ton of compliments on the color, so glad I went with something different!

I was super excited when I purchased my dress! Even MORE excited when I got a call 15 days later that said it was already in and ready to be picked up!

Wafa is AMAZING! I, too, got my dress at Elegant Bride, it is all lace, it was the second one I tried one, she told me this is the one and I didn't believe her.  Well, mom and FMIL both starting crying, I did too.  But I'm jealous you got PICTURES, she has a sign up saying no photographs so I didn't ask. BOO for the fact I can't share my pictures with you...however the description on my receipt is 957 ANJ Bridal...I don't know if that helps haha.  I went back last month to show my FI grandma, aunt, and cousin the dress.  I asked his cousin to be my MOH, and my mom surprised me with my veil that she secretly went in and bought the day before. Lots of feel good feelings from Elegant Bride
