Renissance Downtown

My fiance and I finally have narrowed down our venue search. We really like Renissance downtown with their rooftop ceremony and then the reception in their ballroom. The other option is Grand Oaks in Grove City. They have a beautiful outdoor spot and new contemporary indoor ballroom.

Does anyone have opinions on either to help us finally decide?? It's an October 2014 wedding :

    We used the Renissance for our hotel block, brunch and first look. I can't even begin to tell you how helpful the event staff was! They made things super easy and made ALL of our guests feel extremely welcome and appreciated. Although I didnt have my wedding there, we did use the pool deck for our "first look" pictures and they came out amazing. Lots of great photo ops. Hope this helps!
