All About Elegance

Anyone used/using All About Elegance for chair covers or linen rental?  How was your experience?  They are offering a special on black chair covers for 1.50 and I don't think I can pass this up!

I used them for our table linens (we didn't need chair covers) and they did an excellent job! I ended up needing more linens than I had originally thought and even though I added them months after the special was over, they honored the price for the extra ones. I didn't even ask, I figured it wasn't an option. Also, apparently some of the linens that I picked up and brought out to our hall were the wrong size and my DOC called them and they drove out to fix it, no problem! They are very quick to respond to emails and have a beautiful selection of linens and chair covers.

Rachie....I didn't think they offered table linens...I'm using them in December and had asked about colored tablecloths and they told me they don't do them, just chair covers and runners. Are you referring to another company? I've had excellent customer service, like lighting speed answers to all my questions. Jennifer is awesome to work with, she doesn't make me feel like a number and is very fun to talk to thus far!!

You know what, I read the title wrong. I used Affordable Elegance! That's what I get for knotting right before bed! Sorry!

I LOVE THEM!  Jennifer was by far my favorite vendor.  Stress free and she did a great job!  Book with confidence!!!

Thanks, sbowersox!  I was just about to fill out the contract.  Jennifer seems really nice, but it's nice to have the reassurance that someone else has had a good experience with them!
