Hi! We (FI, my mom, my aunt, and me) went to the tasting last night. You mentioned before that you didn't get to try the appetizers. In case you were wondering, we preferred (in order) the 1. vegetable springrolls (favorite)2. mini caprese salad on crostini (not for people who don't like balsamic vinegar, but I loved them)3. spanikopitaWe didn't get to taste the chicken wellington or the coconut chicken tenders. Since we're going with chicken as an entree, we don't want to over chicken people, lol.
