Hello all,I usually post on the Grand Rapids board, but I have been referred to you all.  Has anyone used/ know someone that's used Stephanie's Wedding Creations?  I was thinking of using them for chair covers, but someone on the GR board said they've heard bad thingsThanks

I tried to use her. My experience is here: [url]http://tinyurl.com/lb4x47[/url]I know someone's had recent success with her, but I'd be cautious.  I don't think the price is worth the trouble.P.S. Given the travel fee she'd probably charge you, you'll probably end up paying as much as you would with someone local.

She has some communication issues, is what I've heard from the girls on here.But she has great prices...I guess you just have to decide if you can deal with it or not...I decided that I can - so I booked her!

I've read that she's very difficult to communicate w/ and that has caused a lot of stress for many brides that used her here. In the end, they all seem very happy w/ her work.

See my bio under the vendor reviews....  If you choose to use her, see all the swatches first and choose your colors before booking her.  So that you have nothing to communicate about afterwards other then the number of people and payments.

Review in bio. Communication after paying seems to be what the main trouble is. It's really unfortunate too because that one small modification and things would be pretty much fine.

I used her for my wedding chair covers. Great prices, great covers and she does not charge a setup or tear down fee. I did have communication issues with her. She will return an email eventually but not a phone call. I called for extra chair covers and she did not call me back nor did she get my message (supposedly) so a couple of tables had no seat covers. I am a "don't sweat the small stuff " type so I didn't care but this did upset me after the wedding because she emailed me after the fact claiming her phone never rang and she didnt get my voice mail until the morning of the wedding. She accepts Paypal as well which was super duper convenient but know what you want and do not change your order and you are in the clear. If you have changes or need to communicate with her pretty often, DO NOT book with her. Proceed with caution.

TO EVERYONE READING THESE REVIEWS....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE .... STAY AWAY FROM STEPHANIES WEDDING CREATIONS.   I CANNOT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH.  Take these reviews seriously. The other reviews on this site and other sites have taken the words right out of my mouth ...so ... ditto ditto ditto.   Unprofessional, owner and staff, unacceptable product, refuses to refund for unsatifactory or missing product and lack of service.   I am also a wedding vendor and STEPHANIES WEDDING CREATIONS should not be in the wedding or service industry.  It is a negative reflection on those of us that work hard and provide quality and professionalism.
