Hotel block vent

So.... Contract says we have until 5/15 to block rooms and we have 30 rooms reserved, with 20 booked right now.

I go on the website to check reservations today and it says that you can no longer get the group rate and they only have king/sofa suites available. WTF!!!! We reserved standard kings and queens.

Can anyone think of a rational reason why this may have happened? I already have an email out to the sales lady.... Just needed to vent on here because of course I can't sleep now because I'm freaking out. Aghhh

    I had some issues w/my room block too -- which hotel are you working with?

    She emailed me back and it is fixed. I guess it was just a computer glitch but I was freaking out because I only booked at one place and I have a ton of people that haven't yet but tell me they plan to in the next few days.... whew....

    Hampton Inn & Suites at Easton, they were highly recommended from reception location and they offer a free shuttle to and from the reception so that is why I went with them. I guess everything is okay now...
