cheapie: lotions, body wash, i use mostly maybeline eye makeup. I LOVE pink and green (maybeline) mascara. it's still my favorite after all the brands i've ever tried. splurge: OPI nail polish, good shampoo/conditioner, and mineral foundation. as long as the foundation i'm using is good quality, anything i put on top of it doesnt really matter to me. Same thing with shampoo and conditioner- as long as my hair and skin are healthy i'm not really concerned with much else.
