Have you ever done p90x

I'm looking to do this and would like feedback. Was it hard to get into at first? Did you feel like you wanted to die or just couldn't do it. Did you get the bennifts you wanted? Let me know!!

HARD AS HELL and you'll want to die.  But if you stilck with it, the results are awesome.

I tried it for 30 minutes and quit. I'd rather walk my neighborhood, do jumping jacks and push up's. LOL P90x is a beast!

I have a copy and have gotten as far as watching some of the workouts.  I've been too scared to start it (I've turned into such an old lady, I haaaaaaaaaate being sore)

I have the DVD's but they're sitting on the floor next to the TV. A friend of FI's does the workouts and loves them...BUT, he is very into martial arts and is in VERY good shape! From what I have heard from many that have done these is that these videos are more meant for people that are already in shape but want to tone up and strengthen. If you are not already in good shape, definitely take it easy. I'm too scared to put them in the DVD player because I'm a little fluffy and I'm afraid I might have a heart attack trying to do them. So, I stick to the gym until I find my six-pack and then maybe I'll tackle P90X

Im starting it with my bridesmaid on monday. I dont care if it is hard as heck. I hear in 90 days you will see such a differance and honestly I feel like 9 days till my boudoir pics, 90 days to look better. If this can do it then I will kill myself for 90 days and then struggle to maintain. My best friends sister in law did it after she had her son and shes smaller than she was before she got pregnant. IT WORKS!!

I use only the upper body and ab workout DVDs for P90X because of my recent knee surgery and they are awesome! Although I haven't dropped any weight, my muscles have changed (for the better) and my strength and endurance have both definitely increased.

Wow it sounds scary!! I've just been searching for a way to get into better shape and tone up. I'm thin but could stand to lose 10-15 lbs. How much are the dvds? Wouldnt want to spend a fortune on something I might not end up going through with if its THAT intense

I actually have it. Their are 3 workout plans you can do. One is for the advanced the second is called Lean which is what I do and what beginners do and the thrid is for after your 90 days.

Its hard at first but it gets u working out and youll be in a sweat. Its great. I just started it so I cant tell you if I lost weight or not But I tell everyone about it. If you buy this there is no reason to have a gym membership if your doing P90x.

I'm doing Insanity - which is made by the same folks.. Gonna do P90X next. Friends are doing it and they LOVE it - says it KILLS them but they are certainly seeing results. Good Luck!
