Well I'm celebrating my 51st birthday today - and damn proud of it! My sis and her family are coming over later on this afternoon. Bro had to go to OH yesterday and don't know if he will be home in time.

Dan has a meeting tonight, so we will be celebrating on Saturday.

Less an AW and more a YAY - signed up with a group of friends from work to attend a murder mystery dinner. I'm excited!

Today is 100 days for me!!!

I am excited for tonight. We are going to a wine dinner at Ruths Chris Steakhouse. Its a 5 course meal were every course is served with a different wine. We are getting cheese and crackers. crab cakes, lambchops, filet and lobster, and sin cake. Plus all the wines are amazing and way to expensive so I would never purchase them. One bottle retails for $275 a bottle. Mind you that fi will be working the wine dinner so I get to attend with him for free. We did the same thing about 5 months ago and it was amazing.

Fi doesn't have a lot of perks to his job, her works opposite hours than me. and also always works weekends. So when a perk like this come around its nice.

My AW is that I leave for Miami on Sunday morning. I'm going to a work conference but I can't wait for the sunshine and flip flops!

Happy Birthday PhoneCardLady!!

Liz - I went to FL in January for a work thing. Was only there about 24 hours, but man did I soak up the sun as much as I could! It was glorious.

My AW is that I have my first dress fitting tonight! And earlier this week, I had to include my married name on a project I work on that will go to press after the wedding. So that was weird and exciting at the same time!

I bought my dress yesterday! I was really starting to stress out about finding a dress in 5 months but I found went to a salon I wasn't considering at my bff's suggestion and actually bought my dress off-rack. It had just come in, I was the first to try it on and it's perfect (yay). I brought my mom to see it yesterday, met with the alterations lady and brought it home last night! Also, I think we finally picked our reception venue. It's not outside like I originally wanted but it's nice and we are getting a great deal. I am just so glad to get that out of the way, I was starting to freak out a little because everything I liked was booked. Our new date is 7/28/12. Less than 5 months!

We got so much done this week.

- Finished the card box
- Finished the boutonnieres and corsages
- Today is the rsvp due date. And only one person to have to call and see if they are coming!

- Resturant giftcard picked up as a thank you for our friends that are officiating
- Photobooth frames showed up and have had inserts put into them
- Marriage License has been filed (pick up is tomorrow morning)

Oh and the Bachelor and Bachelorette parties are this weekend.

I got my headband in the mail!! The picture doesnt do it justice!!

also got my garter! Its red wings! I didnt tell FI, so when he goes to take it off is when he will see it.

and we ordered these for all the groomsmen! They are gonna wear it under their tuxes, so after all the important stuff is over at the reception they can take their dress shirts off. They also might wear them for the rehersal!

Also we are at 79 days!!!!!!!!!!!
