Hello Ladies!!

So im working with a rather small budget, 10,000 for everything. I have my venue and caterer so now Im focusing on the photographer. Everyone is telling me that the pictures are the only thing that you have left after the wedding, which is true but I dont  have the funds to spend a couple grand on pics.

So I was wondering if anyone knows of a photographer that is just starting out, that takes awsome pics for a really good price. I would want to see their portfolio of course, and the wedding will be in the novi area.

Just curious, where'd you pick for venue and who is doing your catering.  We have the same budget.  My dress was paid for by my mom, so that helps, but I'm still having a difficult time trying to figure out a 200 guest reception on a 10k budget.  I think we found our venue but catering I still have NO idea.

What's your budgeted amount for photography?  I know a guy who does packages for $1200 with the referral coupon I could give you, but thats more than we wanted to spend, so I can't use him.

Amanda Williams was my photograher; she is absolutely amazing and very affordable.  Book her if she's available.  You will not regret it!

We're using Essence of Life photography... $895 for two photographers for four hours and all images on a CD. I love their pictures and that's a really good price. I'd look into that! I believe they live in the Novi area, but travel anywhere in Michigan for free

Also using Pure Amour Photography!! Her smallest package is $700 for 5 hrs and a cd with print rights.

I am having my reception at tollgate farm in Novi and my caterer is 2unique out of royal oak, I would really recommend them. if you tell them your budget they will make a menue that fits around it!

My total budget is just under $7500.  My photographer is not just starting out but he has great work and keeps his prices low.

I am using lwrphotography.  The head photographer owns the company and is wife and kids (in their 20's or 30's) help assist him.  He always has him and an assistant shoot.  If you want more info go to lwrphotography.com.  I have a discount coupon I could give you too if you want to use him.
