I already purcashed my wedding dress back in November for my August wedding. I found another dress that i CANNOT stop looking at. Its  and its 110% what I want. Has anyone cancelled their initial dress order?

Be mindful that you most likely will be on the hook for the entire cost of the dress as most stores have policies to protect themselves in these instances.  Have you contacted the store to find out what their cancellation policy is?

Your first step is to contact the store to find out about their cancellation policy.  Most stores will still hold you responsible for the entire cost of the dress.
