Tuxedo Timeline

Hello ladies! I have my dress, picked out the bridesmaid dresses, but now I need to get all the groomsmen and fiance to get fitted for theirs! We are thinking of going with Men's Warehouse or President Tuxedo. My only limitation is the colors. The BM dresses are Rust, so I want to find something to match. Unfortunately, I'm out of the state/country till April, and my wedding is 9/22. What is the timeline to get fitted/reserve the tuxedos?

You will be fine if you wait until you get back.  That would leave you 5 months which is plenty of time - especially since you aren't dealing with Prom season.

We just picked out our tuxes. (I recommend Jims in southgate if your downriver. HUGE selection of colors) and he told us just to have them measured by April 1st. Our wedding is May 19th.

Liz is right, you should be fine. As far as matching, I am doing navy/royal blue BM dresses, and I was afraid that picking the standard blue vest still wouldn't "match". So, we actually ended up doing black tuxes with charcoal vests (FI will have a white vest), and the gray striped ties. I think it'll look nice with the blue without being too matchy. Might be an option for you as well. Gray is a neutral color that's always classy.

1) You have plenty of time 

2) We went with Men's Warehouse. President's Tuxedo told us we "won" 2nd place prize (which everyone does) and they were super annoying/pushy. And Men's Warehouse wasn't like that. They were chill and all the sizes were right, etc.

You will be fine. We just went to men's wear house a few weeks ago. Wedding is April 28, and deadline to get fitted is Feb 2.
