My dress came in!!!

...but the store had to send it back.

I just got off the phone with the owner of the salon. She told me the dress had a bunch of weird dents in the fabric, like the bolt of fabric had been held together with clamps that left marks. It wasn't perfect, she said, and she wouldn't wear it -- and neither would I.

I'm so glad that I have a dress "angel" looking out for me. As much as I want my dress, I am so, so grateful that I had someone looking out for me -- and that I ordered so early! I will be recommending this shop for the rest of my life!

I just checked out that other bridal shop downtown Plymouth... I'm waitting till January to really start looking. my wedding isnt till November of next year.

I am so glad they are taking care of you! I can feel your pain though, I found my dream dress at Bella Donna in wyandotte and it had just come in for me to try and start alterations when the restaurant/bar next door burned to the ground. Thankfully the fire wall protected neighboring stores but all the dresses were water damaged. Mine was reordered from smoke and water damage and its perfect. So yes, even though I know you want your dress now, trust me if its not perfect, you don't want to wear it. I can't wait to see pics though! Who's your designer?
