    They're the two posts above yours that have a little thumb tack on the left side of them (so they are "stuck" to the top of the Detroit board)
    They are "New here? Read me first!" and "vendor reviews"

    A sticky is a message that is "stuck" to the top of the board with a blue pushpin.  We currently have two:  A vendor sticky and a welcome sticky.
