This weekend I went to my aunt's suprise party, went with the BM to get fitted for his tux, and got part of the groomsmen gifts. No real goals for this week that I can think of, maybe start to work on programs again?

we completed part 1 of precana... it wasnt that bad but sucked bcausre it was all day on saturday... i start up classes for the next month and a half on the weekends... so i doubt im going to get anything done. 

my goal is to call the florist so i can final make a decision on flowers!

Had my bridal shower yesterday!  It was sooo nice!  It was at the Greenhouse Cafe in Pearl River.  The food was amazing and we had a really fun time.  Goal for this week: get my thank you cards out!

this weekend I bought some decorations on sale at Michaels and another bridesmaid tank.

goal this week is to find out when my veil is in so I can schedule a hair trial, and call the hall to figure out the deposit amount due in 2 months - dont want a last minute surprise on that one since it is 50% of the projected balance!

We met with an officiant, loved her and booked her   This week I'm hoping to reschedule with the florist (had to cancel due to the snow storm) and get that all set.

had my hair trial on saturday, which was great.

this week- get an update on an address that the invite got sent back and thats it really.

This weekend I went and got measured for my bridesmaid dress for my friends wedding in Oct. Pics of that dress are on my FB if you have me on there. And I've decided to really go forth with checking out outdoor areas for a wedding in March next year. I think the weather will be nice!

My engagement party invites are out! My mom loved how they came out and I can tell she's really excited.

I also spoke with my floral designer. I am so excited because he's a friend of the family and has worked under Preston Bailey so I didn't think he'd be willing to do my wedding, but I think having a Friday date and being very open to his ideas will make it easier. We haven't decided anything yet since I don't have a lot of details but it was great just speaking with him and knowing he's on board.

I also went to a bridal show here in NJ. It was pretty pathetic in terms of their "fashion show" and door prizes, but a photog really caught my eye. I was originally going to hold off on making appointments to meet a photographer, but now I'm considering setting some up for the weekend.
