Engagement Photo Locations

Hello!

I was wondering if any you guys had some suggstions for engagement photo locations in the oakland county area? We are having them taken 9/30 and I can't figure out a good location! All suggestions welcome Share you're photos if you have them!

Yates Cider Mill....we got ours taken in early october there and it was GORGEOUS with the leaves and everything. There's a river and the whole ambiance of a cider mill.

Thanks OP for the question and to everyone else for the responses.  This helps me a lot as well since our reception will be in Rochester and the wedding will be in Royal Oak.  I didn't want to go back into Royal Oak for pics because we had our e-photos done there.  So the Rochester ideas are great! 

If you're interested though, Royal Oak is a great place for pics.  Me and FH did our e-photos there on a Sunday morning when traffic was sparse and it was great!  We were able to walk on the train tracks downtown, through alleys and also got the more woodsy nature feel by going to a park in Royal Oak located at the corner of Farnum and Maple in the 48067 zip.  It's tucked away and hard to find if you don't know about it but Google maps should help.  It's a wonderful place that even has a train track bridge next to it where we took photos underneath the bridge.  You can see a few pics of what I mean at www.teneandpaul.com (website is still incomplete though).
